1. Short description

HT-450-13D Rod Breakdown Machine for Copper is used to draw Φ8.0mm copper rod into 

φ1.2 - 3.5mm.

The line is consisted of the following main parts, i.e. the drawing machine, the annealer, the 

dancer, the coiler, emulsion system, tooth wheel lubricating system, electrical control cabinet. 

The drawing machine is in fast die change design.

4. After-service:

·Free training / introduction of the operating and maintenance personnel

·one mechanical engineer and one electric engineer will go to customer's factory 

for commissioning after customer finished installation of the machines;

5. Warranty: machines will be tested in our factory before shipment; 12 months 

counted from the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance.
