Main Machine Components:

Faceplate

Milling 8 T-shape grooves, groove width 32mm, used to fix driving lever which transits torque. Diameter of faceplate φ1700mm

Main spindle box

Consists of transmission mechanism and main shaft box, etc. The speed adjusting system includes step speed change and variable frequency motor’s stepless speed regulating. The machine starts in smooth and brakes in accurate reliable. In the tail of main shaft, equipped with a rotary encoder, accurately measure rotating speed.

Main motor & reduction box: speed rate 66.99,output speed 22rpm, motor power 22KW

Tail bracket

Consists of the body, apex and coil bracket, etc. The tail bracket can be motor-driven moves on the base rail, to meet the different length needs. Turning the handwheel controls the apex moving. Lock the handwheel to lock the apex backup roller, and hold the coil tightly. The coil bracket can be moved up and down along the vertical rails, locking bolt to the right location to assist supporting.

Machine base

The base is welded structure, and the overall effectiveness of treatment to eliminate residual stress, and to ensure the upper and lower installed base surface parallel and stability. On top of the base, one end is two parallel rails, the tail bracket installed on the pedestal along the guide rail, the other end install main spindle box pedestal.

Control system

Consists of the cabinet, the mobile operating button box and foot switch, etc.The rotation of the faceplate controlled by frequency converter, smooth and reliable. Operator sets the maximum speed on the operating button box, then uses footswitch control stepless rotation. The counter has the function of, positive and negative count, the memory when power break off, automatically stop, etc. All electric elements use international famous brand products.
