1: What's the way of shipping?

Answer: These are all heavy machines, we suggest you use sea ship. But components for mending the machines, air transportation would be fine.

2: What's your way of packing the machines?

Answer: We use air bubble film to wrap the machine, then use plywood cases to ensure its safety.

3: Do you have oversea after-sale service? Do I have to pay for the technical support?

Answer: Yes, we can offer technical support abroad. If you have technical problem, we will send our engineers to your country. 

4: Is it hard to use these machines?

Answer: No, not hard at all. After you buy our machines, you can send your engineers to our company, and we will train them how to use these machines. For our previous clients, at most 2 days is enough to learn to operate the machines.

5: What is the terms of payment? What about the trade terms?

Answer: T/T, L/C are ok. You can choose FOB, Shenzhen.

6: Does your machines have quality certificate? How can I trust your products?
