(1)Pulping system of egg tray machine:

Pulping system is mainly comprised of hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinert,ect.

It can make the pulp by the waste paper. And it is the first step in making process!

(2)Forming system of egg tray machine:

This part mainly is the egg tray forming machine,our company have three types forming machine.

One is ZMZ  rotary model, this type is a high capacity, this model’s forming machine’s lowest capacity is 2000pieces egg tray per(30holes) per hour, and highest capacity is 8000-10000pieces egg tray per hour!

The second is ZMF ,zmw automatic model egg tray machine, this model’s capacity is lower than ZMZ model, it can produce egg tray 800-2000pcs per hour,it can produce different paper trays, like egg trays, egg boxes,bottle trays,fruit trays,and so on. 

The third is ZMW semiautomatic egg tray making machine without drying system, this kind of machine also can use all kind of waste paper to produe various of paper tray products. it can produce egg tray 800-1000pcs hour or 1600-2000pcs per hours. and its price is low. 

plc as its control centre, it is easy to operate . 

(3)Drying line of egg tray making machine

This is the very important in the all of line. When the egg tray be made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line,they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray!

we can design single layer drying system or multilayer drying system for you according to your workshop's size.

(4)Packing machine

This is the last step, when we get the finished tray from the drying line, we can packing them.
