Fully automatic Case / carton / box packer for juice bottles

This Case packer could be connect with the  Automatic case filler (grasper type) and Automatic case sealer to consist a packing system.

1, General specifications:
The Case packer is mainly use Pneumatic  equipments，electrical as auxiliary working method; Case packer is in small overall size and nice appearance, low power consumption. Case packer is working stably and operated easily. Conveyor is driven by rod less cylinder produced by TPC-korea.

（1）Bottle grasper
According to different bottle shape, bottle grasper is specially designed,air bag style grasper head，no injury to bottles, no bottle falling and low air consumption;

（2）Bottle grasping
Bottler grasping is driven by up-down and side moving servo motors,that means there is designed height difference for bottle grasping area and box filling part for different bottles;

（3）Lifting system
PLC- sensor system to make sure correct bottle orientation, to enhance lifting and dropping precision;
Step driving motor to adjust lifting and side moving speed, to achieve graspering and dropping at low speed and moving at middle speed, the speed adjustment to make sure the higher efficiency as well stable performance;

（4）Auto bottle divider
Controlled by mini motor, divide incoming bottles in 4 ways, avoid stuff and jam efficiently, enhance working efficiency;

（5）Conveyor
Driven by asynchronous motor  , according to different request, use inverter and contactor to control, will apply auto bottle supply, auto bottle arranging, auto carton supply and auto box out;

（6）Bottle grasping suit：
3*4, 4*5,4*6 for choices;
