It belongs to the strengthening type of Raymond mill of our company and is optimized and upgraded by combining the successful experience at home and abroad and popular raymond mill technology. The biggest improvement lies in the addition of a high-pressure spring system for the grinding roller part. It has the outstanding advantages of wider grinding material range, finer grinding particle size and higher grinding efficiency, and is an efficient and energy-saving mill equipment. It is widely used in the material processing fields of mining, construction, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries, such as calcium carbonate grinding, gypsum powder processing, power plant desulfurization, non-metallic ore milling, coal powder preparation and other industrial milling projects.
Working principles:
In the main machine of the high-pressure suspension roller mill, a high-pressure spring with a pressure of 1500-2000kg is fastened on the roller hanger. After starting work, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls against the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill under the same power condition, so the output is greatly increased. When the material to be ground enters the grinding cavity, it is scooped up by the shovel knife and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The rolled powder is brought into the analyzer along with the circulating air of the blower. Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector along with the air flow to obtain the finished product, and the large particles fall back to the heavy grinding. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the residual air enters the bag filter for purification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ring are worn to a certain extent, the length of the high-pressure spring is adjusted to maintain a constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring so as to ensure stable yield and fineness.
