CL-3 New design 1MW Solar System Solar Panel Carport Aluminum Frame
CL-3 Single T-Frame Solar Carport Mounting, standard installations maintain 4000mm maximum clearance. No field welding, drilling or other on-site fabrication needed. Water control with decking.

1. Install the support post on precast concrete foundations by M16x300 anchor bolt, nut, flat washer, and spring washer.
2. Connect support post and support rack with M20x25 outer hexagon, nut, flat washer and spring washer.
3. Fix the tube 89 between the adjacent support racks by outer hexagon bolt and tighten up.
4. Put the acrylic cloth on support rack, then fix it by self-tapping screws.
5. Fix the square tube on support rack.
6. Connect the rails with rail splice if the rails are not long enough.
7. Fix the rail on the square tube with fixing clamps.
8. Fix the solar panels with end clamps.
9. Fix the solar panels with mid clamps.
10. Well done! You have installed the single T-frame solar carport successfully.
