This automatic stator big coil winding machine is suitable for winding the coil for big power motor,such as pump motor.

 (2) Machine function and characteristic

The tooling could be auto extend and retract. Therefore, it is no need to discharge the tooling when taking out the finished coil.

Adopts special purpose controller to realize the function of auto winding, auto arraying, slot crossing, auto getting through wax tube and output setting, etc.   It could produce different dimension coils which are for same series size stator by adjusting the tooling, and tension is adjustable too. Thus it can reduce the labor and improve the efficiency.
