Casing centralizer as a cementing tool is applied in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells to centralize casing for improving the cementing quality. The cement could be concreted firmed between casing and borehole wall. It can be installed on casing joint or any position working with stop collar for centralizing. Our centralizer with API standard sizes range from 4-1/2" to 20" and surface is coated by powder baking or paint baking. The products have high tensile and yield strength, shock, impact and corrosion resistance performance.

Test & Inspection

Our company lays emphasis on product quality. Product quality is controlled strictly according to API standard and customer's special requirement.
**Raw material: chemical and physical properties are tested to make sure the raw material is qualified;
**Semi-finished products: According to factory inspection plan, Semi-finished products are tested multidimensionally, such as appearance, dimension, and physical properties of flat bars of centralizers. Only qualified products can be sent to the next production step;
**Final product test: All the product details are tested and inspected. In addition to basic dimensions (visual, dimension, physical properties, etc.), starting Force, running Force and restoring Force are tested by professional test machines. Only qualified products will be marked and then shipped.

Packing & Delivery

Our couplings are packed by pallets or wood cases. Professional packing and loading machines make products' quality & appearance free from damage.
