Our batch ball mill is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. The mill is transmitted by the belt. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through feeding hole , it discharge from the same hole. The motor drives the cylinder rotation through the belt, and the crushed ore and grinding balls in the cylinder body are brought to a certain height by the lining plate under the action of friction force and centrifugal force when the cylinder body rotates. After that, due to the action of gravity, they are thrown and dropped, and the material is gradually grind under the impact and grinding effect. It is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge part.

Ways of Improving Productivity of Ceramic Batch Ball Mill
