1. Select appropriate materials for welding or casting of the bottom shell
2. Install the iron core on the bottom shell according to different types of suction cups
3. Wrap the coil with the corresponding number of turns and technical parameters, and wrap it on the iron core after drying
4. Pitch or other waterproof materials shall be poured inside the bottom shell
5. Make the panel and install it together with the bottom shell
The electromagnetic chuck adopts dc power supply, which has the characteristics of stability, strong suction and small remanence.
Electromagnetic suckers can be divided into common suckers and strong suckers according to different classes.common suckers have a suction force of 10-12 kg per square centimeter. strong electromagnetic suckers are not less than 14 kg per square centimeter. According to their USES, they can be divided into electromagnetic suckers for grinding machines, electromagnetic suckers for milling machines and planers, and mechanical and electrical magnetic suckers for grinding knives.
