Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A1: We are a manufacturer. 

Q2: Can you do ODM or OEM for us?

A3.For bulk orders, we support custom logo.

Q4: What about the delivery time?

A4: For regular order it takes about 3-6 days for production, for mass order or customized order it may need 15-30 days. 

Q5: What is your delivery terms and payment terms?

A5: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. 100% in advance for sample order, 50% deposit and 50% balance for mass order. 

Q6: After service and warranty?

A6: We provide 1 year warranty, if you have any problems in the use of products, please contact to your sales person. 

Q7. How can we know the product quality?

A7: We suggest you to order a sample. Also, you can send us email for detail photos for checking if you cannot get enough information in the product page. 

Q8. How can we get samples from you ?

A8.Samples are available. Normally we take 2 days to arrange samples. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge boot samples cost and post courier freight. 

Q9.Can your module be connected with Arduino board? Can you provide Sample code?

A9: We don’t know the model of your Arduino, so we don’t sure if our module can be connected with it. Please be sure of the power supply when you connect your Arduino board with our module, 3.3V is ok. But for 5V, you need to add 4-10k pull-up resistor for the TXD&AUX pin.    Sorry we don’t have the sample code to offer. 

Q10.Can your module be connected with Raspberry Pi?

A10: Yes, our module can be connected with Raspberry Pi.
