Ltd,(Name used before: Amex Petroleum & Chemical Yingkou Co., Ltd.) is a joint-stock company after reforming from former China National Petroleum Corporation Yingkou Drums Factory (founded in 1908), which covers an area of 2.1 million square meters . It is the only specified company to produce both barrel-production equipment and steel barrels as the biggest supplier to supply drum-making equipment in China. It is also the unique and professional company to produce high-speed barrel-making equipment.  The company owns core technology of independent intellectual property rights . Northern Steel Drum is a high-technology company which integrate the functions of  research & development, design, production, maintenance, and sales.The company was subordinate to Original Ministry of Commerce, Sinopec, China National Petroleum Corporation.
