2. The traditional counting method  relies  on  labor, however there are downside in it, such as, the process of managing inventory (inbound, outbound) is cumbersome, and it takes a lot of labor and time, and the efficiency is low.

3. After the machine applied in work, Korea company decided to introduce X-ray counting machines to their others factories in China, India, Vietnam and Brazil.

Every 15-17 production lines need one machine.

4. The database has collected over 5,000 mobile phone parts IC chip data till now.

X-ray Counting Machine More Details  Introduction:

Zhuomao  has developed an excellent X-ray counting machine that perfectly solved the problems which  the traditional rotating chip counting machine can not overcome.

 

1) Long counting time;

 

2) High labor costs and many other defects. The X-ray counting machine developed by our company can measure hundreds to 100,000 disk chips in 15 seconds.
