Q35Y series hydraulic ironworker adopts hydraulic driving system, which is the latest product of ironworker in China. The whole machine is characterized with low noise, smooth movement, simple structure and is easy to operate.
Ironworker can cut punch all kinds of holes. Various metal plates, square bar, angle steel, round iron, flat bars, profiled bars, channel steel and joist steel can be cut, punched and notched on the machines.

The main functions of the machine and equipment are: sheet punching, 90 degree and 45 degree angle steel shear, profile shear, sheet shear, profile trimming, etc. Punching and die-shearing workstations, if replaced with other accessories matched with this machine, can also be used for shearing stamping of special shapes, bending sheet metal, V-notch shearing and other processes. They are suitable for shipbuilding, power, bridges, automobiles, crane transportation, metal structure and other machinery processing plants.
The main parts of the equipment consist of punching (H steel punching, channel steel punching, angle steel punching, flat plate punching), notching (90 and 45 degrees of angle steel shear), shape shear (shear of various types of steel), plate shear (flat plate shear) and die shear (butt shear of section steel).
If the standard moulds cannot meet the processing requirements of the parts, special moulds can be designed. The following pictures are the moulds needed for some special parts for reference only.
