3000 degree high temperature graphitization furnace heat treatment of carbon and graphite material

Application:  It is used for high temperature graphitization for all kinds of graphite and carbon materials. 

Characteristics:

1.The operation control system is fully automatic which makes the operation simple and convenient. 

-The touch screens visually display all operating parameters and data; 

-The alarm and locking down protection device is impeccable; 

-The water and electricity control system is automatically and precisely.

2.The fully sealed power cabinet with water cooling and air cooling radiator and which have no heat exchange with outside air.The cabinet adopted Shimaden digital display intelligent temperature control meter which can communicate with PLC and complete the temperature control process automatically and with high precision. The system can heating up by a given     temperature curve and it have capacity of storing 400 sections of twenty heating curves.

3.The furnace is cooled by closed circulating pure water cooling system monitored by a digital flow monitoring system and every waterway is monitored and protected by a flow meter.

Maximum temperature: 3200 celsius

High-temperature zone volume: 0.01m3, 0.02m3, 0.03m3, 0.05m3, 0.1m3, 0.15m3, 0.2m3, 0.3m3

Furnace working atmosphere: Vacuum, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gases

Temperature uniformity: ≤ ± 10 celsius

Temperature measurement: Infrared optical temperature measurement range of 800 ~ 3500 celsius temperature or 0 ~ 3500 celsius; Accuracy: 0.2 ~ 0.75%.

Temperature control: Process control and manual control; Control accuracy: ± 1 celsius

Limit heating rate: 200 celsius / min (air furnace, depending on the volume and the high temperature furnace configuration).
