Description
Quality assurance:
1. this line includes input and output roller table, punching type embossing machine and leveling machine
2. the machine can make checkered plates boards from flat plates
3. customer can get different patterns after changing the moulds
pinching and leveling machine
There is one pair of pinching rollers before the leveling machine.
The leveling machine is four high structure, 13 pcs of rollers in all (6 up 7 down).
This part of machine can flatten the coil from uncoiler and the send the coil into the shearing machine to get plates in required length.
controlling table
This controlling table structure is designed by our engineers. It is really smart and practical.
PLC and all controlling buttons are in the table.
Operator can input figures according to real requirements and press start button to make the total line work.
