The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal:

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.




1.Wood crusher

This machine is the most ideal milling equipment for all kinds of wood piece, straw, grass bamboo, peanut shell, tree branches, wheat shell, which are less than 50mm thick into grains and to create proper condition for maamade charcoal, wood crusher is the first step of making charcoal.


2.Swdust dryer

Drying is important before briquetting process, To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly. The selection of drying plant mo0dels depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.


3.Briquette machine

This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal stick.It is equipped with the auto-controlling heating system. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.


4.Carbonization stove

The carbonization stove is a new designed machine for chargin the wood briquette, bamboo, wood log, coconut shell and so on into charcoal. It is selling well for its easy operating, high capacity, good quality. Once carbonization need 8 hours, smokeless and the raw materials can be wood log or other flammable goods.

Product Application:

This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30~60%. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.




Hot airflow type:

1. Raw materials should be sawdust, suitable for drying the moisture from 20-50% to 8-12% ; 
2. Diameter of raw materials: >3mm & < 5mm; 
3. Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 ; 
4. Working principle: The stoves (boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials;
5. This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency;
6. The wood dryer is equipped with one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).
