Product Description
1.The rotary dryer is widely used to dry yellow sand, clay, slag, fly ash, iron powder, sand in casting, est.
2.The industrial drying machine adopts the alloy steel plate whose abrasion resistance is 3-4 times than common steel plate, but the investment is 1/6 of foreign brand.
3.The material initial moisture is 15%, after drying the moisture is below 0.5-1.0%,therefore, it is the first choice for the slag in the cement factories and premixed dry mortar production line.
4.Compared with single cylinder dryer, the three drum dryer reduce about 50% area investment and the groundwork consumption reduce a half.
5.The whole equipment have no leakage.

General characteristics:

Main features:
1.Drum Rotary Dryer is processed by making it contact with heated gas.
2.The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, the dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under.
Working principle:
1.Material to be dried was sent to the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lined in the inner wall of the dryer.
2.When the material gets high enough to roll the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, thus passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
3.This gas stream can either move toward the discharging end from the feeding end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feeding end from the discharging end (known as counter-current flow).
4.The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer.
5.Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated.
6.When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type.
