HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
1.Adding oil: Add 46# anti-abrasion hydraulic oil. There is no hydraulic oil in the oil tank upon delivery of hydraulic station, users shall add oil into oil tank with oil filtering cart (oil filter<20um), cleanliness of oil fluid in the oil tank shall not be lower than grade NAS11 (Note: new oil is generally grade NAS11, the higher value, the lower cleanliness, and oil fluid will be dirtier). Oil level shall be within the range of oil temperature scale.
2.If hydraulic station is used for the first time, the motor shall be ignited, depending on whether rotation direction of motor is correct (clockwise seeing from direction of motor fan).
3.Start the motor and adjust and test actions after it rotates for 3 minutes at empty load.
MOLD FOR CARD PUNCHING MACHINE
1 Before installation, check the upper and lower mold mounting surfaces on the press to clean it, and check whether there are any residues left after repairing the mold to prevent proper installation and accidents;
2 When installing, adjust the height of the press slider according to the mold closing height, so that the slider has a specified position between the bottom surface and the work surface at the bottom dead center;
3 After installation, adjust the press slider to 3-5mm, start the press, and stop the slider at the bottom dead center 1-2 times to fix the lower mold base.
