Machine Introduction
1. For hard rail type vertical machining center,the guide rails of machine tool are double-deck. machine base is box type design, coordinate with large span stand column, it is more wider 40% than other same type machine tool, the design is conform to mechanics principle.
2. Use C3 grade high precision ball screw and pre-pull treatment bearing to ensured the rigidity and precision.
3. The casting of machine tool which exported to DMG is high-grade, high quality gray casting iron with aging treatment, the TURCITE is from USA RULON, with hand scraping, the line rail is from Taiwan famous brand, ensure the precision and lengthen the working life of machine tool.
* Use Japan Mitsubishi,Fanuc or other international brand control system
* Use Taiwan Royal or Puson Spindle
* Use Taiwan Hiwin or PMI guide rail and ballscrew, Japan NSK or NARCH bearing to ensure the precision of machine tool
* Use Taiwan Deta 24 arm type tool changer
The forth axis and Chip conveyor, Renishaw tool guage are optional
