J R Pr2024 series of pressure transmitters use the diffusion silicon piezoresistive pressure transmitter of stainless steel isolation film as the signal measuring element to accurately measure the pressure. After digital signal conditioning circuit converted to standard 4-20 mA current output.
Pressure transmitter can be widely used in urban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, river reservoir and other fields.

Working principle
The pressure transmitter diffuses a Wheatstone bridge on a single crystal silicon wafer. The measured medium (gas or liquid) exerts pressure to change the resistance value of the bridge arm (piezoresistive effect), and the bridge is out of balance to produce a differential voltage signal corresponding to the pressure change. After 24 bit high precision AD sampling and calibration, the output is linear and stable 4-20 mA current signal.
