Model TFZRJ turbine emulsifying machine is a coaxial mixer of triple type, which is applied for stable homogenizing emulsification to achieve refined finished granules. The quality of emulsification is depending on dispersion of the granules at the preparation stage. The smaller the granules are, the weaker of the surface aggregation tendency will be, thus the less probability of emulsifying damage will happen. High-Quality emulsifying mixing efficiency will be achieved by the hybrid actions of reversed impellers when homogenization under the condition of vacuum status treatment.
