Corrugated carton box printing slotting die-cutting making machine
Features
1) Vacuum suction paper feeding system and the wind capacity is adjustable then ensure the paperboard whatever thinner or bending all can feed smoothly.
2) PLC and touch screen control system, Automatic printing position reset function and computer memory order system.
3) Complete machine wallboard and key parts all made by high precision processing center and CNC grinder for grinding.
4) All the transmission rollers adopt high quality steel, surface precise grinding, hard chrome plating and balance treatment.
5) The transmission gear is alloy materials, quenching heat treatment, precision grinding, hardness reach to HRC58-62 which ensure the accurate printing for long time running.
6) The transmission part adopt key-free connection loop to eliminate the interval which is suitable for long term high speed printing.
7) The whole machine adopt spray lubrication and equipped with automatic balance device.
8) Automatic zero and automatic reset for printing, slotting, die cutting.
9) Printing, slotting and die cutting phase adjustment is electric digital type 360 degree adjustment (whatever machine running or stop)
10) Anilox roller: customer can choose the steel anilox roller or ceramic roller, the mesh according to customer requirement.
