2. Embossing roller
1) The outer diameter of the embossing roller is 150mm.

4) The adjustment gap of the pressure roller adopts a self-locking structure, and the adjustment range is 0-11mm
3. Ink transfer anilox roller
1) The straight warp of the anilox roller is 180mm, and the mesh number is 200-280 (optional).
2) After the surface of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe is finely ground, the surface is ground, reticulated, and plated with hard chrome.
3) The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied, which prolongs the service life of the printing plate and the rubber roller.
4) The speed difference can be formed when the rubber roller and the anilox rotate, so that the rubber roller can play the role of scraping ink.
5) Cooperate with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (the anilox roller descends and contacts the printing plate during printing, and when the printing stops, the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate)
4. Ink distribution rubber roller
1) The outer diameter of the ink-spreading rubber roller is 175mm.
2) High-quality seamless steel pipes are wrapped with durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.
3) The rubber roller is specially ground in medium and high, and the ink transfer effect is good.
4) The rubber roller gap adjustment adopts a self-locking structure, and the adjustment range is 0-3mm.
5. Phase adjustment structure
1) Planetary gear structure.
2) The digital display phase indication makes the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
3) The printing phase adopts phase meter control and electric digital 360° adjustment (can be adjusted during operation and stop). The phase adjustment accuracy can reach 0.15mm.
4) The printing plate roller adopts a phase meter to adjust the phase. The speed of zeroing and plate adjustment is fast, and the plate adjustment accuracy is high.
5) Each group of the whole machine and the paper feeding are automatically reset to zero at first, with an accuracy of 0.5mm, and then the phase is automatically adjusted roughly.
6. Ink circulation structure
1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.
2) Ink filter to filter impurities.
7. Printing phase fixing device
Brake-type brake mechanism, when the unit is separated and adjusted the phase, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the gear and maintains the original fixed point of the tooth position.
8. Axial adjustment mechanism
Manual adjustment mechanism is adopted in the axial direction, and the control range is ±10mm.
