Function and characteristics
1、 Triaxial leading edge roller wheel vacuum adsorption paper feeding system，the frequency changer adjusts the vacuum pressure, accommodate the different paperboard size and the variable paperboard.

Feeding unit
The paper feeding table consists of three rows of paper feeding wheels.
Three sets of servo motors, the driving belt pulley and the driven belt pulley are connected by the expansion sleeve.
The synchronous belt contains steel wire with strong tensile strength, reliable transmission and high abrasion resistance.
Printing unit
The printing department is composed of adsorption bellows, printing plate roller, anilox roller, rubber roller (or doctor blade).
The transmission between all parts adopts the cross slider structure (especially the pressure adjustment between the anilox roller and rubber roller, the anilox roller and printing plate roller adopt the cross slider structure), which reduces the noise and makes the transmission more stable.
The whole process of vacuum paper feeding system can realize full plate and bending paperboard printing.
There is no need to leave traction margin on both sides of paperboard to reduce paperboard waste.
Slotting unit
Single roller and double knife slotting, box height adjustment with internal teeth gear structure, make sure the lubricating oil is not easy to pollute the carton.
The line pressing steel roller diameter ɸ130mm,abrasive machining，hard chrome plated surface.
The first line pressing wheel，after pre-pressed line paperboard is not easy to crush.
The surface of the line pressing wheel is wrapped with polyurethane, which will not damage the cardboard.
The interval adjustment of line pressing wheel and pre-press wheel adopt self-locking structure，adjusting range is 0-12mm.
The horizontal movement adjustment mechanism of slotting knife block adopts the lead screw and linear guide rail to make the movement more flexible and accurate.
The upper knife block and the lower knife block adopt the linkage of the driving shaft，hold the upper and lower knife alignment when moving to extend knives using life.
Transverse movement position of pre-press wheel、line pressing wheel and slotting knife block is controlled by computer electric digital.
The box height adjustment of slotting knife has anti-collision protection device, which will not damage the electrical appliances.(The height of the box is electrically adjusted).
Elastic angle cutting structure, can cut three layers, five layers of cardboard without adjustment, easy to operate.
The phase of die - cutting roller adopts three planets structure, high precision, large bearing capacity, stop、operation can be electric digital 360 degree adjustment.
