Feeder unit

Individual feeder system ,it is very steady when machine running ,and it is easier to adjust.

Touch screen available ,size input by screen or buttons based on operator needs.

Four rollers for feeding, upper two rollers wrapped with rubbers which can keep the flute in good shape, not destroyed. Dynamic balance technical for rollers.

Brush device is available ,which can clean the cardboard before printing.

Delta inventor and PLC ,touch screen operation .

Main bearing use NSK brand.

it adopts lead edge type feeding with 7.5 kw adsorption motor.

3.Do you have experience in packing for sea shipping?

Yes, we will wrap the machine with plastic film ,packed with steel shelf and wooden plate,then fixed in the container.

4. What we should do after we placed the order?

Seller will send a articles list and floor drawing which buyer should prepared in advance .

5.Who will install the machine when machines reached our factory?

We will send professional installer to install the machine and teach the operator how to operate and maintain the machine in customer factory ,it is free within 7 days. Buyer only need to offer return tickets and visa expenses .

6.Do you have local service ?

  Yes, we have. If customer come across the problem with the machine ,he can contact our local staff first.

Seller will go to check the machine situation once-twice in one year.

7 .what we  should do if we need spare parts for replacement ?

We will delivery some frequent spare parts along with order for emergency replacement.

We have comprehensive inventory of spare parts in our factory  to ensure quick availability for the infrequent replacement of parts required, we will delivery the spare parts by DHL when we get the spare parts information from customer side within 24 hours .
