Lead edge feeder
1. Paper feeding can be continuous or skip paper(with counter).
2. It adopt the lead edge roller to feed,can adjust the route,to ease the pressure on drawing paper roll.
3. Lead edge feeding increase the section flow rate to make feeding smoothly and accuracy.
4. Frequency conversion control vacuum air flow and pressure,to match the board size.Paper feeding can be continuous or skip paper(with counter).
5. Equipped with brush device to sufficiently eliminate dust and scraps as well as foreign substances on the printing surface and to improve printing quality.
Printing unit
1. Scroll hanging version,locking 360 degrees,let operation of hanging plate is simple,more accurate registration.
2. Changing plate quickly,it can fix the incline error when paste the plate,so that reach to the range of amendment.
3. Adopting vacuum absorb and high precision to convey,high Printing precision.
4. The fixed group be widen in printing unit,it can help dry the ink,to guarantee the printing precision.
5. Printing roll phase adopt servo motor to drive,can connect to the Endat high precise encoder, guarantee the control precision of the servo drive system ,topping-control contact to the servo directly, quick response and high precision.
Slotted unit
1. Prepressing wheel device: electric linkage type slotting, line pressing and prepressing are completed at one time. 2. Electric adjustment of the length, width, height and folding part of the carton, digital display
3. The gap of the wire wheel is adjusted manually, and the dial displays the adjusted value.
4. Slotting knife thickness 7mm, alloy steel material, serrated heat treatment tooth grinding, sharp blade, high precision.
5.The slot phase is adjusted by computer electric numerical 360 degree.
Die-cutting unit
1. Servo motor drive ensures less vibration of the printing unit and more accurate printing.
2. The rubber cushion roll compensation is driven by an independent motor to control the speed of the rubber cushion cylinder, and the compensation range is ±3.5mm, so that the rubber cushion roll and the tool die speed are consistent.
3. Rubber pad roller mechanical spiral reversing 50mm swimming device, improve the service life of rubber pad.
4. Transverse phase, computer and electric digital control, control range of ±10mm.
5. Die cutting phase adjustment is driven by PLC servo.
