ZYKM-A Series flexo printer die cutter slotter machine

FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTIC:
1. Control on the main console and each unit console with display adjustment system,store repeated order,easy for operation.
2. Motorized printing plate mounting,auto reset,quick change.
3. Each unit is equipped with Emergency Stop switch to ensure safety operation.
4. Motorized gap adjustment device for ease operation.
5. Transmissions are using precision high hardness gears with spraying type circulating lubrication system.

Lead feeder unit
1. Extended wheel type lead feeder with servo driving system and vacuum assist for high feeding precision and running steadiness.
2. Suitable for 3/5/7ply boards and micro-flute board of E.W.F flutes.
3. Vacuum with variable strength and sectional adjust for different board quality and sizes.
4. Motorized left/right for side gauges.
5. Dupiex feeding rolls with spring pressure for minimized board caliper loss.
6. Brush and vacuum suction to clean dust from board surface for perfect printing result.(Optional electrostatic dust remving devce).

4. Manual adjustment of cutter roll gap,the label shows,adjustment range of 4-12mm.
5. Rubber roller ink leveling system. Steel pipe surface coated with wear-resistant rubber,medium and high special grinding. Gap electric adjustment, digital display,adjustment range 0-6mm.(Optional:scraper ink leveling system).
