1.Chain type hand move feeding cardboard.

5.Ink roller have the separately turn device to prevent ink dried when machine stopped working.
6. Ink supply by pneumatic diaphragm pump.
7. The transmission gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is heat-treated and ground.
8. The transmission part adopts spray lubrication system to ensure high precision and long service life of the machine.
9. The automatic oil balance device keeps the oil level of each unit balanced.

MACHINE DETAILS


Chain Feeding Unit
1.Open and closing of the unit adopts electrical walking and pneumatic locking (with overload protection function).

2.Paper-feeding roller: The upper axle adopts ginning paper-feeding wheel while the lower axle adopts steel ginning roller.

3.The surface is hard chromium-plating, which guarantees the smooth feeding of the paperboard and does not damage the corrugated cap.
Printing Unit
1.Electric digital control of printing phase.
2.Manual lateral movement, control range±5mm.
3.Printing phase fixing device. When the unit is separated to adjust the phase or clean, the brake mechanism restricts the gear rotation and maintains the original gear position.
4.The surface diameter of the steel pipe is processed by precision press forming, with uniform dots and guarantee uniformly inking.
5.The anilox roller descends and press the printing plate when it start feeding paper, and the anilox roller rises and separate from the printing plate when feeding is stopped.



Die Cutting Unit
1.The rubber pad roller moves laterally within ±20mm and automatically swims.
2.Die-cut phase adopt electric digital control.
3.The gap between the rubber pad roller and the knife mold roller is manually adjusted.
4.The separation of the cylinder eccentric device under the condition of no die cutting between the stencil roller and the rubber roller can reduce the no-load load of the machine, and at the same time extend the life of the rubber pad and knife mold.
5.The rubber pad roller is equipped with a linear speed compensation device to control the linear speed of the rubber pad roller and the stencil roller to be consistent, which can extend the service life of rubber pad.
6.Cutting and smoothing structure of the rubber pad roller to keep the surface of the rubber pad flat.
Slotting Unit
1.Total 4 creasing shafts,the seamless steel pipe with a shaft diameter of 98mm has been ground twice and hard chromium plated on the surface to ensure smooth movement.
2.The paper passing gap adopts a manual-adjustable quick gap fine-tuning self-locking device.
3.The toothed slotting knife is 7mm thick and made of high-quality alloy steel heat-treated.
4.Slotting knives axial adjustment in transverse is manual, carton height adjustment in lengthways is manual.
5.Adopting a unique chip-type chip removal device to ensure the machine is clean and tidy.
6.Each slotting tool holder has a traversing mechanism, and the screw rod cooperates with the linear guide rail to make the movement more flexible and accurate. Equipped with anti-collision electronic protection device.
