Lead edge part:

 

1. Lead edge feeding system , easy operation and accurate

2. 7.5kw high pressure centrifugal ,frequency converter control blower pressure to ensure feeding warp cardboard exactly

3. Position of Right and left side apron is adjusted by electric with screw drive

4. Front apron lower and upper gap is sync adjustment

5. Skip feeding device , you can choose this as your request to ensure large size cardboard can be processed

6. Install 7.5 inch touch screen and can show productivity number and speed and also to set speed

7. Slotting die-cutting part with chain control switch and it can realize stop or start feeding

 

Printing part:

 

1. Phase 360°electrical adjustment (planetary gear )

2. Roller axial position is adjusted electrically and manually , left and right movement 10mm

3. Excellent metal anilox roller made by professional manufacturer

4. Rubber roller made by professional manufacturer and ensure ink quality

5. Supply ink cycling pneumatically

6. You can choose ceramic roller

Slotting part

 

 

1. Phase 360°adjustment electrically (planetary gear ),keyless connection

2. Adjust box height electrically and inside gear adjustment structure

3. Polyurethane pre-pressing wheel to ensure cardboard in good situation

4. Length and width of box is adjusted electrically sync adjustment

5. You can choose positive and negative knife

6. With handle attachment device and order management function

 

Die-cutting part:

 

1. Axial position cycling moving automatically

2. Choose excellent durable rubber imported from Taiwan

3. With repair-auto rubber device 

4. Track and compensate after lower and upper roller repair

5. Slotting slitting knife is special designed and installed on special fixtures , four blade can sync adjust box height .  Load and install is convenient and it can replace rotary slotting machine . Blade incision is smooth

6.Die-cutting roller lift pneumatically and make rubber good when idling and  phase adjustment to save cost

7. Rubber shaft axial moving 40mm automatically . Creasing not repeat and improve rubber using life

8. Rubber shaft with repair device auto and can repair 3-4 times

 

Stacking part

 

1. Receiving arm can be manual or auto operation , it is with insurance system to avoid receiving arm fall down suddenly that make worker safe

2. Bed desk lift by strong chain driving

3. Stacking height is 1600mm 1800mm  2000mm

4. Adjust bed table tilt height as stacking height , lifting motor , brake function , bed table can keep fixed position

5. Paper-lifting system pneumatically , when cardboard stacking up to desire height , paper-receiving tray is open automatically , tray seat hold cardboard

6. Wrinkle belt to avoid cardboard glissade
