Paper feeding unit:

1. Lead edge type paper feeding system, induced draft assisted paper feeding. It equips with fan. It can make adjustment according to paperboard condition to make it smooth.(value adjusts wind capacity)

2. Skip paper feeding device.(continuous paper feeding and skip paper feeding is optional)

3. Paper supply counter set to indicate the production quantity.

4. It equips with dust-extraction unit to eliminate the dust to improve the printing quality.

5. Paper feeding up roller wrapped with endured rubber and make a balance to avoid the damage to corrugated paperboard.

6. Down paper feeding roller is hard chromed.

7. Paper feeding interval is adjusted by hand. The dial indicates the data.

Printing unit

 

1.Phase 360 °  electrical adjustment (planetary gear).

2.Roller axial position is adjust electrically and manually, left and right movement 10 mm.

3.Excellent metal anilox roller made by professional manufacture.

4.Rubber roller made by professional manufacturer and ensure ink quality.

5.Supply ink cycling pneumatically.

Slotting unit

1. The phase is 360 ° adjusted by electric planet gears.

2. The height of carton is adjusted by electric internal-tooth structure.

3. The polyurethane precompression wheel, guaranteed that the cardboard is not crushed.

4. The width and length of carton are adjusted electrically and synchronously.

5. Obverse and inverse knifves are alternative.

6. The match hits buckles the hand installment, function and so on order form management.

 Die cutting

Carton box stacker

1. The paper-catching arm can be operated manually or automatically. Safety function is installed which can protect operator when the paper-catching arm slides suddenly.

2. Elevation and subsidence of collection platform is driven by the strong chains.

3. Piling height: 1600mm,1800mm,2000mm.

4. The collection platform can automatically adjust the height of tilt along with the height of piling paperboard. Elevating motor with electric brake function to keep the platform stable.

5. Pneumatic paper-lifting structure. When the paperboards are piled to the preset height, the paper-catching holder will open automatically and the pedestal will hold the paperboard.

6. The flat corrugated belt prevents sliding.
